Air Quality Measurements
All gases and particulates in the atmosphere which are measured and breathed are called immission.
Which operators have to carry out the Air quality measurements?- The hourly mass flow (kg / h) values determined by using emission factors for newly installed facilities, which are measured for preexisting facilities for existing facilities, the facilities exceeding the limit values given in Table 2.1 of the Regulation on Control of Industrial Air Pollution,
- Hourly mass flow (kg / h) values determined using emission factors for plants emitting off-shore sources above the values given on the Regulation on Control of Air Pollution from Industry Table 2.1
- The organization stated in Annex 1 by the Ministry of Urbanization and Environment.
What is the relationship between Air Quality and Environmental Permit and License Regulations?Enterprises subject to Environmental Permit and License Regulations should make their measurements by means of the laboratories authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization according to the emission parameters belonging to the sector in the Regulation on the Control of Industrial Air Pollution with respect to the sources of their own. Measurements should be repeated every two years if there are no changes.
Who can measure?TÜRKAK accreditation and Ministry authority are sought in the laboratory to be measured. In addition, there is a requirement that the personnel to be measured should be certified by attending the training given by the Ministry.
ÇEDFEM is the most experienced organization in environmental analysis and authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in 2003 and accredited by TÜRKAK in 2004.
