Consultancy on Workplace Opening and Working License (GSM License)

The owners of the business are obliged to obtain a workplace opening and working license (GSM license) in accordance with the Regulation Regarding Business Openings and Working Licenses, which were enacted and published by the Official Gazete dated 10.8.2005 and numbered 25902.

The workplace cannot be opened and operated without obtaining a workplace opening and working license in accordance with the procedure from competent administrations. The permits, registration and similar transactions granted by the professional bodies other than the competent authorities mentioned in this Regulation to the establishments in accordance with their special legislation shall not remove the license obligation to obtain licenses according to the provisions of this Regulation. Workplaces opened before opening a workplace and receiving an operating license are closed by competent authorities.

In ÇEDFEM ENGINEERING LLC, the Office Opening and Operation Authority (GSM License) services are offered in every stage of the process. Metropolitan municipalities, district municipalities and other institutions are required to carry out the procedures, document preparation and follow-up.
