Implementing Regulation on the Prevention and Reduction of Major Industrial Accidents

"REGULATION ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF BIG INDUSTRIAL INSPECTIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS" issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization published in the Official Gazette No. 28867 dated 30.12.2013. This Regulation sets out the principles and procedures for measures to be taken in order to ensure effective and continuous protection at a high level to prevent major industrial accidents and minimize the harm to people and the environment of possible accidents in organizations. The Regulation on Control of Major Industrial Accidents, published in the Official Gazette dated 18.8.2010 and numbered 27676, has been abolished from the current regulation and the related regulation is given in the supplement.
